· Gotcha covered will accept returns or exchanges in new condition only. 

· Items must be in original condition and in original packaging.

· Refunds will not include shipping charges.

· Exchanges may incur additional shipping charges.

· We are happy to accept your items for exchange or return within 30 days from the time you receive your order. 

· Paperwork must be completely filled out and included in the return/exchange packaging or the items will not be accepted.

· If an item was incorrectly shipped to you please contact us within 5 days and we will have the correct item shipped out to you immediately at no extra charge, if unwashed or unused.
